After completing a supplier consolidation exercise Spiral can provide on-going management of supplier contracts and prices for you. Whilst retaining your own relationship with your suppliers Spiral will provide a monitoring service to ensure price promises are kept, service levels are maintained, and contracts are fair to all parties.

We know that dealing with your suppliers is just a small part of your overall business. We aim to minimise the time you and your staff need to spend dealing with suppliers each day.

Whereas we would encourage your suppliers to try and resolve issues directly with you if they do occur we do know that sometimes a “third-party view” can clarify issues much quicker.

Spiral will also field enquiries from potential new suppliers who again may take up a lot of your time when constantly contacting you. By passing their enquiries to us we can quickly assess as to whether what they are looking to offer you is better than what you already have.
